The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Devin Kyle Wain Dollar, age 36, of Durant, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country, one count of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent do Bodily Harm in Indian Country, and one count of Assault of a Spouse, Intimate Partner, and Dating Partner by Strangling and Attempting to Strangle in Indian Country, each punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment alleged that on June 15, 2024, Dollar assaulted one victim, resulting in serious bodily injury.
The Indictment also alleged that on that same date, Dollar assaulted a second victim with a dangerous weapon, with intent to do bodily harm.
