Bryan County Resident Pleads Guilty to Illegally Possessing Firearm & Ammunition
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Michael Dee Jamison, a/k/a Michael Holt, 54, of Durant, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition, punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment charged Jamison with knowingly possessing one .22 long rifle caliber, bolt-action rifle and 54 rounds of .22 long rifle caliber ammunition on April 9, 2026, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.
