Atoka Police Department Patrolman Caelan Hall stands alongside Assistant City Manager and Director of Public Safety Gene Dodson and Chief Brian Snead following his graduation from the Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) academy. Hall successfully completed 16 intensive weeks of instruction covering legal application, tactical self-defense, emergency driving, firearms proficiency, and essential field operations to earn his basic law enforcement certification.
