Members from the Atoka, Daisy, Crystal, and Harmony Fire Departments deployed to the scene alongside teams from both the City of Atoka Emergency Management and Atoka County Emergency Management.
The blaze broke out in an area north of Achille, situated between Allison Road and Caney Creek Road just west of Highway 78. Crews from Atoka County joined responding departments from Bryan, Marshall, and Choctaw counties to establish containment lines.
