A major infrastructure milestone has been reached for the upcoming overhaul of Boggy Depot Road, as District 2 Commissioner Spike Eaves announced that official environmental clearances are now complete.
Commissioner Eaves reported that environmental studies passed with no major delays or seasonal restrictions, allowing plans to move forward on 65% completed engineering designs. The proposed project will deliver a full road replacement stretching from U.S. Highway 69 to Harmony School, spanning sections across both District Two and District Three.
