INCA Community Services, Inc. is proud to recognize former RSVP Program Director Wanda Gray as a recipient of the Ameri-Corps Seniors Influential Service Award as part of the 2026 AmeriCorps Seniors Nationwide Celebration.
The Influential Service Award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, mentorship, and commitment to civic engagement. Gray, who served as INCA Community Services' RSVP Program Director until July 2026, was selected for the leadership, dedication, and commitment to service she demonstrated through her work with the RSVP program and the communities it serves.
“Wanda's commitment to service has had an impact that extends far beyond the RSVP program itself,” said Erica Pogue, Executive Director of INCA Community Services. “She understood that volunteer service is ultimately about people by bringing individuals together, meeting needs in our communities, and giving people an opportunity to make a difference. We are incredibly proud to see her leadership and years of dedication recognized through this award.”
