Trump Administration Invests in Atoka Fire, Police Departments

U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Oklahoma State Director Zachary Swartz announced today that the Trump Administration provided $100,000 to the City of Atoka.

The Administration’s investment will provide the city with a new police cruiser to support law enforcement activities and a brush fire truck to help combat wildfires in the surrounding community.

“President Trump continues to follow through on his promise to Make America Safe Again by supporting a first responder community,” said Swartz. “With this investment by the Administration, we are further strengthening our front-line response to combat crime and help reduce wildfire threats in southeast Oklahoma.”
