Cowboys and cowgirls from across the country converged on Atoka for the Pro Rodeo, battling the mud and the clock. A steer wrestler digs deep Friday night in one of rodeo’s most physically demanding events.

It was a muddy, rowdy good time for TyAnn Hardman of Tushka (left) and Pierce Anderson of McAlester (right), who rode their way to co-champion honors in Friday night’s mutton busting at the, presented by McCoy Rodeo.
