Woman Arrested Following Domestic Disturbance in Kenefic

A Kenefic woman was arrested on domestic- related charges following a disturbance at her residence on Friday evening.

According to a report by Atoka County Deputy Joe Miklaucic, he was initially dispatched to a Kenefic home around 6:23 PM for a report of a verbal domestic dispute between Christina Willoughby and her fiancé, Ricky Justice.

Willoughby stated that they had been arguing since Justice, a truck driver, had returned home that day and requested that Justice be removed from the residence. Deputy Miklaucic advised her that he could not legally remove Justice as he also resided there but offered to speak with him. Willoughby reportedly declined and asked the deputy to leave.

At approximately 7:07 PM, dispatch received a second 911 call requesting assistance at the same residence. Deputy Miklaucic and Deputy Chance Dever returned to the home and reported hearing an argument upon approaching the door. Inside, Willoughby again requested that Justice leave. Justice then reportedly came out of a hallway with a laceration on his right hand.

Justice was asked to step outside, and he told deputies that after they left the first time, Willoughby came back inside yelling. He alleged that she grabbed a mop, stated she would make him leave, and began stabbing the kitchen counter with a knife, saying she was going to harm herself. Justice further claimed that Willoughby then struck him with the handle of the mop on his right hand and leg. He stated he would seek medical attention himself.

Deputy Miklaucic then spoke with Willoughby, who reportedly admitted to hitting Justice with the mop. She claimed it was in self-defense after he grabbed her arm. However, the deputy noted in his report that he observed no marks on Willoughby's arm consistent with being grabbed. Willoughby was subsequently arrested and transported to the Atoka County Jail.

Later, at approximately 11:40 PM, Deputy Miklaucic received a call from Ricky Justice, who advised that doctors found no breaks in his hand but that it would require a brace for a few days.
