Spencer and Jay Harvey recently attended the 42nd annual Native American Fish and Wildlife Society Conference in Riverton, Wyoming. The Harveys gave a presentation on the US Supreme Court’s McGirt Decision which led the way for nine Oklahoma tribes to have their reservations found to be intact. Spencer Harvey is currently an Assistant District Attorney in Johnston County and Jay is the Game Warden Supervisor for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
