Coal Co Resident Pleads Guilty to Possessing Stolen Firearm

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Treyian Jamal Mason, a/k/a Tray Mason, age 22, of Coalgate, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Possession of a Stolen Firearm, a crime punishable by up to ten years in prison and a $250,000.00 fine.

The Indictment alleged that on February 13, 2025, Mason knowingly possessed, concealed, and disposed of a stolen semi-automatic pistol which he knew or had reasonable cause to believe was stolen.

The charge arose from an investigation by the Coalgate Police Department, the Coal County Sheriff’s Office, the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
