According to Stephen Hall, most contractors are only willing to provide a warranty for at most three years. The discussion also highlighted extensive damage, including damaged and rotted wood beneath the sheet metal, and that the current trim pulls the water down the side of the building, which has led to concerns about possible mold in office areas.
