Domestic Abuse Charges Filed After Altercation at Atoka

Domestic abuse charges have been filed against Brian Massey following an alleged physical dispute at Bishop Village Apartments last month, an incident that also left the female resident reporting injuries.

The incident unfolded on May 20, 2025, at approximately 10:45 AM, when Officer Russell O'Neal of the Atoka Police Department responded to Bishop Village Apartments after a report of a physical domestic altercation.

The male suspect, identified as Brian Massey, was seen leaving the scene, walking south on Virginia Avenue. A second witness later told Atoka County Dispatch they saw a woman yelling at a man as he walked away, though no physical contact was observed at that specific moment.
