Belligerent Suspect Challenges Deputy “Fight Like a Man”

A call regarding a stolen generator on June 25, 2025, escalated into an arrest for obstruction, unlawful entry, and public intoxication after a man allegedly became belligerent and uncooperative with deputies.

At approximately 12:49 PM, Deputy Jimmy Taylor and Deputy Mark Gipson of the Atoka County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence on South Allison Road after a report from the property owner about a stolen generator.

Upon arrival, they found the driveway gates shut and chained. After locating the reporting party, at the same driveway, deputies observed a male individual, later identified as Warnie Ingram, exit the passenger side of a vehicle to open the gates.
