Exhaust Stop Uncovers Unlicensed Driver

A routine traffic stop for an exhaust modification on June 21, 2025, resulted in the arrest of a driver found to be operating a vehicle without a valid license.

At approximately 10:13 AM, Recruit Officer Trevin Loudermilk, accompanied by Patrol Officer Zachary Rice of the Atoka Police Department, observed a silver Mitsubishi Eclipse with a modified exhaust traveling northbound on U.S. 69.

Officers initiated a traffic stop at U.S. Highway 69 North and Venita Allen Road. The driver, identified as Ferdin Adiel Hernandez Fajardo, produced a passport, insurance, and an expired Honduran license. A check on the mobile data terminal confirmed that Fajardo did not possess a valid driver's license anywhere within the United States.
