Hugo Resident Pleads Guilty to Illegally Possessing Firearm & Ammunition
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that James Eric Diggs, age 47, entered a guilty plea to one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition, punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000.00 fine.
The Indictment charged Diggs with knowingly possessing a semi-automatic pistol and 17 rounds of ammunition on February 5, 2025, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.
