Two Arrested in Atoka Residential Break-In, Drugs Seized

Two women, Franci Seabourn and Crystal Cervera, were arrested on July 1, 2025, after allegedly breaking into a residence on West Court Street in Atoka. Seabourn faces charges of Burglary in the Second Degree, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Paraphernalia, while Cervera's charges are pending further investigation.

The incident unfolded around 4:35 PM when an anonymous caller reported a possible break-in at a neighboring property, advising that a suspicious bag had been placed on a fence within the hour. Atoka Police Master Patrol Officer Peydon Griffith and Sergeant Riley responded to the scene at 247 West Court Street.

Upon arrival, Officer Griffith observed the front door of the residence to be unlocked. After announcing their presence, officers heard what sounded like two individuals running towards the back of the house. Officers entered the residence and located Seabourn and Cervera in the kitchen. The interior of the home appeared to have been searched.
