Atoka Public Schools will be offering free sports physicals to Atoka High School and Atoka Middle School athletes on Tuesday, July 29 in the Atoka High School Football Field House. The location was changed from the library.
Junior high/high school girls will be from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. while junior high/high school boys will be from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Forms for physicals will be available at the time of the physical and must be signed by a parent or guardian. Forms can also be picked up at the high school from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday-Thursday or at the middle school office 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
