A physical domestic dispute between two brothers at an Atoka business quickly escalated, leading to the arrest of a woman on charges of public intoxication, assault and battery, and resisting arrest.
At approximately 6:42 P.M. on July 18, 2025, Officer Cheyenne Gilbert of the Atoka Police Department was dispatched to Whiskey Business following a report of a physical domestic altercation. Sgt. M. Brewer, already on scene, had separated the two brothers involved.
Officer Gilbert spoke with Ray Duke, who stated that he and his brother, Tyrell Hill Jr., had been arguing about a vape device while traveling home from Tishomingo. Ray Duke alleged that when he tried to get the device, a verbal dispute ensued.
