Newly appointed Atoka County Assessor Trey Harbin (left) is administered the oath of office by Judge Preston Harbuck following the Commissioner Meeting on Monday, August 4, 2025. Harbin took over the duties of the office after former Assessor Joe McClour submitted his resignation. With over 20 years in law enforcement, including with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. To appear on the ballot for the November 2026 election, he will need to submit his candidacy paperwork in April, in accordance with county regulations.
