Argumentative Driver Faces Trespassing Charge

A man was arrested Saturday evening on charges of unlawful trespassing after being spotted on Walmart property, from which he had previously been banned. The arrest followed a brief traffic stop and non-compliance with officer commands.

At approximately 7:14 P.M. on August 16, 2025, Officer Cheyenne Gilbert of the Atoka Police Department received a radio broadcast from Lt. J. Taylor about Jamie Littleton, who was trespassed from Walmart and was seen on the property in a yellow Chevrolet Silverado. Officer Gilbert observed the vehicle at the Walmart entrance before it traveled southbound in the parking lot.

Officer Gilbert initiated a traffic stop, and the vehicle pulled into the parking lot of Casey's Gas Station. Littleton, identified as the driver, immediately exited the vehicle and appeared to be looking around, attempting to flee on foot.
