He attended Stringtown Public Schools, Oklahoma City Public Schools, and then Tushka Public Schools Buddy was a Dairy Farmer. He also did concrete work and pipeline surveying.
He married Margie Oline (Perry) on Tuesday, September 21st, 1965 at McKinney, TX. They have cherished the 59 years of marriage spent together before his passing.
Buddy attended Cross Spur Cowboy Church in Sulphur Springs, TX, where he was baptized. He enjoyed eating beans and cornbread, fishing, hunting, especially coon hunting, and golfing. He liked going to auctions, junk sales, and garage sales. Buddy had a tendency to argue. He loved to spend time with his family, grandkids, and of course, his golf cart. Buddy enjoyed spending time with his sister before she passed. His motto was 'I Live to Eat, not Eat to Live.'
