Billy Frank Crow, age 84, an Atoka, OK resident for most of his life.

He was born on Saturday, July 26, 1941, to JR and Gladys Laverne (Phillips) Crow, in Atoka, OK.

Billy passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Atoka, OK.

84 years and 1 day. He graduated from Atoka High School in 1959 and went on to SOSU where he received his BS in Industrial Arts and Mathematics and later received a Master's Degree in School Administration.

Billy Frank got a job in Lovington, NM as an Industrial Arts teacher and coach. In 1971, he moved his family to Denison where he taught Math and coached at Mc-Daniel Junior High School. He began to teach classes at Grayson County College and later taught there full-time. He was instrumental in setting up the first computer system there. He came back full circle in 1981 when he returned to Atoka Public Schools in administration. He and Clifteen moved to Allen, OK Public Schools where they retired and moved back to Atoka.

During high school he started dating Clifteen Thompson, the love of his life. They married and had two daughters, Tanya and Valerie. Billy and Clifteen were married for 64 years.

Bill was a member of Harmony Baptist Church and a deacon in several churches and a member of many clubs during his life. He and Clifteen loved to see new places and often included family in their adventures. He loved his family more than life.
