Lana was a provider; caring for older people that needed private care.

She married Bobby Dale Hawkins Sr. in 1975 in Texas and together they share 3 beautiful children. She later married Cebert Kennedy on May 13, 2001 in Burnet, TX. They enjoyed 10 years of marriage together before his passing in 2011.

Lana was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, and giving her family members things that she had made. She loved spending time with her grandkids and telling people stories. She didn't mind making a trip to the casino to play games and visit with people.
